Personal Inspection 

All properties are available for your personal inspection usually the Saturday and Sunday before bidding closes. We suggest that you take advantage of these inspection opportunities, as there is no substitute for inspecting the property in person. Typically properties are sold "as is," meaning the seller is not responsible for repairs.  The seller does however provide a seller’s disclosure describing any defects the seller is aware of.  It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the property.

 

Closing 

You can take comfort in knowing that most real estate closings take place no later than 30 days after the end of the auction, or during another time frame by agreement.  When the bidding is over, you can be assured of a smooth closing as we manage the transaction paperwork through to closing!
