How to Bid

To place a property Bid, follow these 3 simple steps.

 

 

Step 1 - Register to bid

 

To bid, you must first register which will provide you with a unique Screen Name and Password.   Click here to register.

 

 

Step 2 - Accept Bidder Terms and Conditions

 

This is accomplished as part of the registration process.

 
 
 
Step 3 -  Select a Home and Place a Bid 

 

When you are ready to place a bid, you may do so from the Auction Calendar. 

  1. Select "Bidder's Login" and enter the User Name and Password created in Step 1 above.
  2. Select the home you wish to bid on and click the "Get More Details And Bid" link.  The Property Information / Bid Page will appear.
  3. Click the bid button and enter your bid.
