Compared to traditional selling methods where sellers pay 6% - 7% Real Estate commission, sellers pay no commission selling the ByAuctionOnly way! Your only cost (outside of normal closing costs) is auction exposure. We have created 3 marketing packages and additional recommended products to ensure your auction success. These packages are provided at low prices because we, like you, want your home to sell the ByAuctionOnly way.

Newspaper Advertising Newspaper advertising helps drive more bidders to your auction. The Home Inspection Weekend, Your Key To Success booklet, provided in the Red Package, contains sample ads and tells where to put them. If you need us to create your ad and place them in the newspapers in time for your auction, we will, but we charge $200.00 plus the cost of ads. You can do this one on your own and save the $200.00, but we offer it to those of you who want us to handle ALL the marketing.

Post Card Mailings
To generate even more interest in your auction, let’s mail post cards mailed to homes within a radius of your home. The cards provide a picture and home information as well as the date and times of the home inspection and the auction end time. Our post card package includes high gloss professional cards, mailing list, postage and the labor to get the cards in the mail in time for your auction. Card packages are available in 4 sizes:
